Feeding the Animals

Our animals are on veterinary prescribed diets. Therefore, their health and well- being, please do not feed the animals. We understand that people enjoy feeding animals and watching them eat (we love doing that, too!). However, even food items that you might think are benign (e.g., bread, nuts, fruit, popcorn, etc.) can be dangerous and toxic to our animals. Therefore, if you wish to have the opportunity to feed some of our animals, please consider scheduling a private tour (http://www.thecreatureconservancy.org/tours)!

Enclosures

Please help keep you, your children, as well our animals safe by staying behind the designated barriers. This includes keeping hands and other parts outside the enclosures and resisting the urge to lift children above the barriers.

Smoking & Vaping Policy

The Creature Conservancy is a smoke-free campus. This includes cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes.

Weapons Policy

For the safety of our staff, animals, and visitors, we ask that no firearms or other weapons be brought onto our campus.

Pets and Service Animals

For the welfare and safety of our animals and yours, animals pets (dogs, including service animals in training, and other animals) are not permitted on our campus. Access to some areas of campus will be limited if you are accompanied by a certified service animal.
